Unique care at each visit, knowledge of our clients
At La Source et la Terre, every massage is an encounter. Here, there are no mechanical gestures or fixed protocols. The touch adapts, adjusts, and listens to your body, its tensions, and its emotions.
Before each session, a moment of discussion allows us to identify your needs for the day: the areas to be relieved, those to avoid, your physical and emotional state. All treatments begin with this listening, but the personalized massage goes further. It breaks free from constraints to adjust completely: time spent on each area, pressure, gestures, rhythm, and can range from relaxing to sports massage or include both. Where other massages are similar to adapted rituals, this one is written entirely according to you.
After the treatment, you are offered a short feedback session. This allows us to better understand what you experienced during the massage, what you liked and what you didn't like, in order to further refine our support. Discreet and confidential notes are kept, to remember your preferences and get to know you over the course of the sessions.
Because each being is in movement, this constant listening allows us to adjust the treatment both according to what we have learned from you over the course of the appointments, and according to what you feel in the moment for your session of the day.

La Source et la Terre was born from a desire to create a place where everyone can feel at home, listened to and safe in a caring space.
The salon offers massages, but ultimately, it's a place where you can come and relax. What matters is providing a space to relax, for those who feel the need to be welcomed, heard, respected, sometimes even in silence. Time and presence are at the heart of our commitment. This is what we offer, whatever form the treatment takes. And the trust you place in us by walking through our doors is our greatest recognition.
Human as DNA
Respect and authenticity, in their deepest sense, are integral parts of the salon. This is expressed through a genuine, warm and unpretentious welcome, a full and non-judgmental listening, a human approach, respectful of the rhythm and emotions of each individual and a consistency between our service offering and what our clients experience when they walk through the salon door and confide in us.
Noble and natural products
This authenticity, so dear to our approach, is also reflected in the choice of materials and products that accompany each treatment, but also in the decoration of the place, conceived as an extension of our philosophy. Each element is carefully selected, for its quality, its origin, and the respect it has for the body as well as for nature:
An organic, cold-pressed olive oil from a small family farm in Italy
100% cotton towels, Oeko-Tex certified, washed with gentle, environmentally friendly detergents
Natural plants are present throughout the salon, except in the massage room, where the lack of light and heat prevents them from flourishing.
A decoration combining raw and noble materials: wicker, wood, stone, linen and cotton
Essential oils and plants from herbalists and stores specializing in natural products
And, sometimes, a homemade herbal infusion, offered depending on the treatment or the season
